The 2009-10 Crew Season is here and we have some housekeeping to do! The BE Crew Program is currently working to update all of our Mailing Lists and WE NEED YOUR HELP! This year we have updated our website to enable you to subscribe one or more of our Mailing Lists. So please help us by clicking the Read More button below and following the step by step instructions.

Step #1 - Read all of the directions first before proceeding.

Step #2 - For all of you who skipped Step #1. Click the printer icon/image in the upper right hand corner of this article. This will allow you to have the hard copy of the instructions as you work through each step!

Step #3 - You will need your Login and Password to proceed. If you have never registered on this website then you will need to do so by clicking the "Create an Account" in the Login Menu on the left hand column of the "Home Page". If you have registered but you have forgottern your Login ID or your password, please click on either of these links (or both if necessary) under the Login Menu. 

Step#4 - At this point you should have your Login ID and Password and you will need to enter them in the appropriate fields in the Login Menu. If you receive a RED error message on the Home Page please retry or go back to Step #3.

Step #5 - Congratulations, you have now logged into the website and have full access to the Member Area (and have boldly gone where few men and women have gone before!). Now with access to this section it is very important that you update your "User Profile" before proceeding. If you are a Student Athlete (or Crew Alumni) you will need to be sure to update the NAME to include your "Full Name (and Graduation Year)", ie. "Mary Smith (2011)". If you are a parent or family member or friend then please include the name of the student athlete in parenthesis after your "Full Name (along with their First Name-Graduation Year)", ie. John Smith (Mary-2011).Then click "Save".

Step #6 - Now, click on the "Crew Mailing List Subscription Page" in the Member Area. There you will be asked again for your email address, confirmation of you email address, additional information about yourself and then it will ask you to select the Mailing List(s) that you would like to join. During this session, you may join one or more of the available lists. You may also return and update this information and your subscription selections at any time in the future. Once you have completed all of the required fields (in RED) and are satisfied with your subscription selections, please click the "Subscribe..." button.

Step #7 - You are almost home! We will now send you a confirmation email with additional instructions for you to confirm your selection(s) and activate the subscriptions.

Step #8 - Active your subscription(s) by following the instructions contained in the email. If you do not receive an email, please confirm that you enterred your correct email address and second, check your SPAM folder/filters and make sure that it did not get caught there.
